Extremely well organised. Sonam was an extremely professional, knowledgable and experienced guide. We also enjoyed evening talks on topics such as Buddhism, mountaineering and the caste system which enhanced our knowledge and understanding of Nepal. Sonam made this a once in a lifetime holiday! Highlight - The journey itself, following in the footsteps of mountaineers and learning about the sherpa people.

Everyone loves limestone landscapes and this series of expertly-curated walks provides plenty of interest. The extent of ancient terracing is remarkable. Food is generally very good. A KE grade 6 meant I was adequately stretched (I usually go for higher grades).

Fantastic experience that far exceeded my expectations. Dark desert nights under amazing star filled skies, dreamy desert vistas and great food. This trip spent just the right amount of time in what can be quite harsh conditions. The journey to and from the desert is quite long (7+ hrs) but plenty of interesting landscapes to pass the time.

Our crew were great , even during Ramadan which was quite challenging for them. Our group bonded from day one and we had a lot of fun.

Everything was well organised and ran as smoothly as possible.

A great experience exploring a very varied part of Nepal. The local team of porters and guides were amazing, and the scenery was the best we have seen anywhere - especially our days in the snow at Annapurna base camp.

We have been on three KE trips and each has been well organised, use excellent accommodation, and, obviously, visit great places.

Really great tour - at every turn something new and interesting

The trip was organised extremely well from when the guide Dinesh collected myself and wife at the airport to the end when he dropped us back at the airport. The trip length was perfect and managed extremely well by Dinesh and Nima from ensuring we were all aclimatisation properly before attempting the high passes above 5000m to managing a group with different abilities and attitudes extremely well and all of us didn't suffer significantly from the attitude.

Great walks along old established tracks and paths passing through fantastic scenery, irrigated terraces growing coffee , sugar cane etc, and local communities. On longer walks the conditions underfoot made the a bit more than ' leaisurely'.

Our guide Mohamed led us safely through the beatiful but rough Sahara. It was a great experience and I met wonderful people!

KE was amazing from beginning to end: flights, transfers, accommodation and entry to National Parks all worked like a dream. We had a very able competent knowledgeable guide who was always calm, approachable and went the extra mile on many occasions, from glueing my husband's shoes to kicking stones out of my way when I hurt my ankle, all done with kindness and good humour. We were also blessed with amazing weather so every day was a delight, not least the amiable company.

KE offer what I consider to be real wilderness experiences. Luis is a true gentleman showing considerable care for his group and support team. Excellent idea to show us what he was carrying in his rucksack prior to our departure to Paine. Knowledgeable of his country.

Good communication on the whole and well organised holiday. Our guide Luis was fantastic, he as well as Juan and Yasser made the holiday very special. Nothing was too much trouble and Luis's knowledge of flora and fauna was amazing. He had a genuine enthusiasm for nature. He helped out with making sure arrangements were in place and made the holiday go smoothly.

It was a fabulous holiday made so good because of the group leaders who provided a very connected service, their hand-overs were good, and things were explained well in advance. there was lots of good humour and fun. Great photographs and films taken by the guides meant our memories are safe forever. Food was excellent, and we had an excellent Paella lunch in a restaurant hosted by Jose, which was great fun and much appreciated. An excellent holiday.
