The racers began their adventure in Mexico, moving through colourful towns, bustling markets and remarkable historic sites. You can savour all of this for yourself on our Mexican Mayan Explorer, where you’ll walk among the jungle-hidden pyramids of Palenque, wander the vibrant streets of Mexico City and San Cristóbal de las Casas, and discover traditional Maya villages in the Chiapas highlands. With time to explore colonial plazas, local craft markets and spectacular natural wonders like Sumidero Canyon, it is a deeper, more immersive take on the Mexico the racers only glimpsed in passing.

Crossing into Guatemala, the show revealed a land of dramatic volcanoes, lush highlands and vibrant colonial towns.
